Hubbell, Inc. has a long
history of pioneering innovative products and quality solutions
for industrial, commercial, and institutional applications. Once
again, Hubbell has listened carefully to its customers’ needs
and responded with the HBL series of metal raceways, which
includes all the enhancements and flexibility customers wanted.
Technologies like the Hubbell Handi-Screw (which eliminates long
screws for easier installation) and the By-Pass divider, as well
as enhanced datacom capabilities, single-seam box construction,
and rounded corners, are just some of the features incorporated
to benefit customers. The complete series offerings, which
include fittings, boxes, plates, and accessories, are flexible
and easy to install.
HBL500/HBL750
The HBL500 and HBL750 are single-channel, one-piece metal
raceways, ideal for delivering power or data cables. The
larger-capacity HBL750 can accommodate five Category 5e or three
Category 6 cables. Both fittings and raceways, available in
5-foot and 10-foot lengths, are ivory-colored.
HBL2000
The HBL2000 is a two-piece base-and-cover metal raceway. For
power-cable applications, Hubbell offers the metal PlugTrak
version, rated for 15 amps, in single-, two-circuit, and
isolated-ground versions and with a wide variety of spacing
options. The standard HBL2000-series fittings and raceways are
available in ivory or gray, 5-foot lengths only. The PlugTrak is
available in 5-foot or 6-foot lengths in gray or ivory.
HBL2000A
The HBL2000A augmented mid-capacity metal raceway is available
with:
• A .040-in.-thick cover allowing for increased power cables.
• A complete line of 1½-in. bend-radius fittings to accommodate
5e, 6, and 6A datacom cables and meet TIA/EIA requirements.
• A base and cover, either together or separately.
• A redesigned wire clip to hold additional power or datacom
cables in place.
The HBL2000A can be used with existing HBL2000 metal raceway
boxes and fittings, giving the end user a low-profile raceway
with maximum capacity. Like the HBL2000, the HBL2000A is
available in either ivory or gray.
HBL3000
The HBL3000 is a two-piece metal raceway with flexible cover
options for ease of installation. The 5-foot-long covers are
12-in. or 24-in. on center. The raceway is available in 10-foot
lengths only. HBL3000 fittings and raceways are available in
ivory or gray.
HBL4750
The HBL4750 is a two-piece device that can be configured as a
single- or two-channel raceway. The two-channel version may be
divided either 50-50 or ⅔–⅓. Hubbell’s ⅔ datacom, ⅓
power-channel configuration features the industry’s highest
datacom capacity. The 5-foot-long covers are 12-in., 18-in.,
24-in., or 36-in. on center to allow faster moves, adds, and
changes for data, voice, audio, and video. The fittings and
raceways are available in ivory or gray, and the raceway is
available in 10-foot lengths only.
HBL6750
The HBL6750 can be used as a single- or multi-channel two-piece
metal raceway via the standard divider that converts it into the
two- or three-channel systems. The 5-foot-long covers are
12-in., 18-in., 24-in., or 36-in. on center, which allows for
maximum capacity in a low profile. Available in ivory or gray,
the raceway comes in 10-foot lengths only.
HBLALU3800 and HBLALU4800
The HBLALU3800 is a single-channel, two-piece aluminum raceway,
and the HBLALU4800 is a two-channel, three-piece aluminum
raceway. They both come with a satin anodized finish, which
resists oxidation, corrosion, and fading. The complete product
offering includes fittings and covers with receptacle openings,
and the raceways are available in 10-foot lengths only.
